It requires a subdivider who sells one or more lots in a subdivision located outside of an active management area to record with the plat a document that contains a statement of water adequacy or inadequacy for that subdivision. This is a good idea.
Representative Ableser has repeatedly tried to work with the Homebuilders and Realtors, all to no avail. This is at least the fourth time this bill has died, after amendments were offered and there was supposedly consensus.
