It requires the disclosure of the water situation with all advertising and sale of property. They must indicate whether or not it is assured, adequate, unknown, etc. This is a much needed consumer protection measure. The strike everything amendment shifted the responsbility from the realtor to the seller of the property.
Status
With the shift in responsibility the Realtors Association is no longer opposed, so it is moving forward. It has been assigned to the Government and the Natural Resources and Rural Affairs committees.
