Extends the date for the property tax incentive for the valuation of renewable energy equipment from 2011 to 2040. It helps to provide incentives for sighting solar and wind power projects.

02/19/2008 - It passed out of Ways and Means unanimously.

None at this time, although if you speak to your legislators, encourage them to support it.
